Welcome to Seraphella. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Seraphella website and your purchase of products from our store.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. About Seraphella
Seraphella is an independent online accessories boutique operated by Seraphella LLC.
Products offered by Seraphella may be selected from independent suppliers or wholesale marketplaces or developed for the Seraphella brand. We describe each product using the supplier information, product documentation, physical labels, packaging, and other information reasonably available to us.
We identify a brand or designer only when that identification is supported by the information available to Seraphella. Products without supported brand identification may be presented as unbranded or without a designer attribution.
Unless expressly stated, Seraphella does not claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any third-party brand. Third-party brand names and trademarks are used only for accurate product identification and remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the website:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- To violate applicable laws or the rights of another person
- To gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or related systems
- To interfere with the website’s security, availability, or operation

3. Product Information and Imagery
We make reasonable efforts to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, hardware details, branding information, and other relevant information.
Primary product images are intended to show the actual physical inventory photographed by Seraphella. Supplemental editorial, lifestyle, or background imagery may be edited or AI-assisted and may be used to provide styling or presentation context. Supplemental imagery does not replace the primary product photographs or written product information.
Colors, textures, proportions, and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural material variation. Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Some products may intentionally feature subtle branding, no visible exterior logo, or unbranded hardware. When relevant, these characteristics will be disclosed through the product description and available photographs.
Product availability is limited and may change without notice. We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, or product information at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Inability to verify billing, shipping, or contact information
- Website, inventory, or payment-processing errors
- A violation of these Terms of Service
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment-service providers, such as Shop Pay and credit-card processors. Seraphella does not store complete payment-card numbers.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address. You will have an opportunity to review applicable charges before completing your purchase.
We may change product prices at any time, but a price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, except when correction is permitted by applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Seraphella currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside Seraphella’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible return requests must comply with the conditions, deadlines, and procedures stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Seraphella does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different item, you may return the original purchase if eligible and place a new order. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
8. Authenticity, Sourcing, and Product Identification
We review the available sourcing, supplier, label, packaging, and product information before describing an item.
Seraphella does not knowingly offer counterfeit or replica merchandise. Any claim of formal brand affiliation, authorization, or manufacturer-backed status will be made only when supported and applicable.

Concerns about a product’s stated brand, source, material, condition, or authenticity may be submitted under our Product Assurance & Support policy.
9. Product Care and Warranties
Care guidance is general and may not be suitable for every material, finish, or condition. Customers should review the available product information and our Care Guide before applying any cleaner, conditioner, treatment, or repair method.
A manufacturer warranty applies only when it is expressly identified in the applicable product listing or accompanying documentation. Seraphella does not independently create or extend a third-party manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated.
These provisions do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
10. Intellectual Property
The Seraphella name, logo, website design, original text, original photography, graphics, and other content created by or for Seraphella are owned by or licensed to Seraphella and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Seraphella content without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, images, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other websites.
Seraphella does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and policies.
12. Website Availability
We work to maintain a reliable and secure website, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, or business purposes. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seraphella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased through it.
Seraphella is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized product use, failure to follow applicable care instructions, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business practices, website, services, or legal obligations.
The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively change the terms governing an order already accepted unless required or permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This provision does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection available under the laws applicable to that consumer.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the policies and information incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Seraphella concerning your use of the website and purchases from the store.
