Do you guarantee authenticity?
We are committed to offering only items we believe to be authentic. Our handbags are sourced from independent designers and vetted wholesale partners, and we do not knowingly sell counterfeit or replica goods. If we ever offer pre-owned or third-party designer items in the future, we may use reputable authentication services and clearly disclose this.
What is your shipping timeframe?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days through trusted carriers. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your order from our boutique to your doorstep.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We’re evaluating international expansion and will share updates as they become available.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, Seraphella will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of approval.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories (dust bag, tags, cards, etc.). Final sale items and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return. If an item shows signs of wear or is missing components/packaging, the return may be declined (or a partial refund may apply).

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, Seraphella does not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you may return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our Client Care Team will review your message and assist you promptly.
Where do you source your items?
Our current collection features a limited edit of handbags sourced from independent designers’ wholesale collections and offered through our boutique in limited quantities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any brands we feature. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Do your handbags always have logos or branded hardware?
Not always. Many of the designers we work with prefer a quiet, minimal aesthetic. Some styles are intentionally designed with subtle or no visible logos and unbranded hardware. When this is the case, we note it in the product description so you know what to expect.
Do you use AI or edited images in your photos?
At times we use lightly edited or AI-assisted imagery based on our own product photos to improve lighting and backgrounds. The written description and measurements always reflect the actual product, and any key design details—such as branding and hardware—are described on the product page.
