The Seraphella Standard defines how we select, evaluate, describe, and present the accessories offered through our boutique.
Considered Selection
Products may be selected from independent suppliers or developed for the Seraphella brand.
Each accessory is considered for:
- Material and construction
- Function and ease of use
- Design and proportion
- Versatility
- Overall condition and presentation
We favor focused selections chosen with intention rather than assortments built simply for volume.
Product Information
We aim to provide clear and accurate information about each product’s identity, brand status, materials, color, dimensions, features, condition, and country of origin when applicable.
Product claims are based on the physical product, its labels and markings, and available supplier documentation. Information is included only when Seraphella has support for its use with that particular product.
Natural materials may display variations in grain, texture, nap, and tone. Applicable characteristics are described and shown as clearly as possible on the product page.
Sourcing and Transparency
A brand or designer name is used only when supported by the product, its packaging, or available supplier documentation. Products without a supported brand identity are presented as unbranded.

Product Review
Before shipment, each accessory is reviewed for:
- Consistency with its product description
- Exterior and interior condition
- Hardware and closure function
- Construction and overall presentation
- Material characteristics or variations that should be disclosed
If a product concern arises, Client Care will review it under our Product Assurance & Support policy and provide appropriate next steps.

Each order is wrapped, cushioned, and prepared with care to help protect the product’s material, structure, and finish during delivery.
Ongoing Care
