At Seraphella, we want every piece you choose to feel intentional and right for you. Each item is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected before shipment, but we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories (dust bag, tags, cards, etc.).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Once approved, the return must be postmarked/shipped within 14 days after approval. 
  • Sale items, final-sale pieces, and items marked non-returnable cannot be returned.

Color, imagery & branding

  • Minor variations in color/texture may occur due to lighting and screen settings. These variations are not considered defects. 
  • Some styles are intentionally designed with subtle branding; please review photos and details before purchase. 
  • Returns are available for unused items that match the written description, measurements, and noted design details.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, you may return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Please email hello@seraphella.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

“Our Client Care team will provide return instructions and, once approved, a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • If your return is approved, Seraphella will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of approval.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Final sale/non-returnable items can’t be returned

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • An approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).
  • If an item is returned showing signs of use or missing components, a partial refund—or, in rare cases, a denial—may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
