At Seraphella, trust begins with accurate product representation. We aim to provide clear information about each product’s identity, source, materials, features, condition, and brand status.
How Products Are Sourced
Products offered by Seraphella may be selected from independent suppliers and wholesale marketplaces or developed for the Seraphella brand through manufacturing partners.
Seraphella reviews available supplier information and retains applicable purchase and sourcing records. Products are offered in focused quantities based on availability and Seraphella’s selection standards.
Product Identity and Branding
A brand or designer name is used only when it can be supported by the product, its packaging, or available supplier documentation.
Products that do not bear or otherwise have a supported brand identity are presented as unbranded. Seraphella does not assign a designer identity to an unbranded product or represent third-party merchandise as designed or manufactured by Seraphella.
Products developed and labeled for the Seraphella brand will be identified separately and supported by the applicable sourcing records.
Seraphella does not knowingly offer counterfeit or replica merchandise. Any formal affiliation, endorsement, or retail authorization will be stated only when applicable.
Materials and Country of Origin
Material and country-of-origin information is based on the physical product, its labels and markings, and available supplier documentation. A claim is included only when Seraphella has information supporting its use for that particular product.
Leather, suede, and other materials may display natural variations in grain, texture, nap, and tone. Applicable variations are described and shown as clearly as possible on the product page.
Product Review
Before shipment, each accessory is reviewed for:
- Consistency with its product description
- Exterior and interior condition
- Hardware and closure function
- Construction and overall presentation
- Material characteristics or variations that should be disclosed

We will review the matter under our Product Assurance & Support policy and provide appropriate next steps.
