At Seraphella, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every piece we curate. While we do not manufacture the items in our collection, each handbag is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you.

Coverage

Our limited warranty applies in the following situations, if reported within 7 days of delivery and confirmed after our review:

  • The item received appears not to be authentic
  • The item arrives with an undisclosed structural defect
  • The item was materially misrepresented in its listing (for example, a major feature or condition issue not accurately described)

If any of these conditions may apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Wear from normal use
  • Accidental damage occurring after delivery
  • Changes in condition due to handling, storage, or environmental factors
  • Minor variations in color or texture compared with photos
  • Design details that are intentional and disclosed (such as minimal logos or unbranded hardware)
